Romulo Theater, where you can catch off-Broadway acts and musicals.

Aside from the recreational facilities, there are also essential utilities nearby the TRAG. For instance, the Makati Medical Center is just ten to fifteen minutes away by car, so you do not have to worry in case you need emergency medical assistance. There are also several large universities nearby, like the Centro Escolar University Makati, Malayan Institute of Technology, and others in case you have college-aged children who are living with you.
