Ayala Land Premier is one of the pioneers regarding providing resort-like amenities to condominium buildings, and it is quite apparent when you see the TRAG and its three towers.

The three towers share amenities, which means that they have more than enough space to provide the most luxurious experience possible. First, the swimming pool area; yes, there’s an entire area of the towers dedicated for swimming pools only. The swimming pool area consists of a large adult pool, which is deep and wide enough that you can also use it as a lap pool. However, it is also great for when you just want to lounge around in the water. There is also a smaller, but still quite spacious, kiddie pool. This shallower pool is perfect for young tots who are just learning how to swim, and would just rather splash around and play with their friends.

If you are a fitness buff, you will find the huge main gym area just beside the swimming pools. The gym has all of the fitness equipment that you will ever need. There are several treadmills and stationary bikes for when you want to work on your cardio. Also, there is complete set of weights and weightlifting equipment if you want to build up your muscles. There is also a Pilates studio if you are not into that high-impact stuff. In addition, there is a huge dance/yoga studio where you can sign up for regular classes. You will no longer have any valid excuse for foregoing your fitness goals for the year. All the things you will ever need to train your body is already in the compound.

Are you planning a movie marathon for you and some friends but you do not have enough room in your unit for all of them? You can rent out the theater room located in the San Lorenzo Tower. Not only does the theater room have a lot of comfortable couches for your guests to sit. The room is actually equipped with an HD digital projector and a thumping surround sound system. You will actually get a superior theater quality experience, much better than watching movies in your TV at least.

On a more serious note, if you and your business associates need to have a meeting, you can also make use of the modern conference room located in the Manila Tower. If you need a bigger venue, like for a formal party, all three towers have social halls that you can rent for the day. The largest of the three is in the San Lorenzo Tower.
